Every shot in BAD DRAWN came from a drone camera.
Why? To create a unity between the cinematography and the tone of the film itself: a science-fiction comedy revolving around a rehab program for thieves, stalkers, trespassers, hit-and-run perpetrators caught by drone surveillance, an all-too-real imagining of what Japan could become in the near future.
The film stars Tomu Fujita (Kamen Rider Amazons), with seasoned veterans Miyoko Yoshimoto and Hiroyuki Watanabe in supporting roles.
